Last week, photographers in Maine hit the jackpot, as far as I’m concerned, for weather! I had shoots each night of the week and the weather was absolutely gorgeous for each one. Annie & Riley, the spunky yellow labs from Falmouth, live in a beautiful wooded neighborhood. Coupled with the fantastic weather, the Lyons’ yard was the perfect spot for an evening dog photo shoot!

Within the first five minutes of my arrival (which is always the most exciting time for the dog and the photographer!), Riley ate a bag of baby carrots. And by bag of carrots, I mean the plastic baggie was gone too! What a lab!
Annie has slightly less of an appetite (only slightly) than her big brother. She is much more content to tug, chew and fetch! Again, what a lab!
