A few months ago Dan & Aubrey Martin of The Animal House in Damariscotta drove down to South Portland to have their sweet dog, Loki, photographed at the & unlimited studio. After talking and sharing lots of laughs with Dan & Aubrey, I was immediately sold on attending the dog event, Woofstock, they help organize and sponsor for dog lovers in Damariscotta. This past weekend Woofstock surpassed all of my expectations! It was absolutely wonderful to spend the day chatting with dog enthusiasts from all over, and, of course, meeting some pretty insanely awesome dogs!
After the success of my Cape Elizabeth Family Fun Day Drawing, I decided to hold another one! 110 people entered the drawing….

Unfortunately I wasn’t able to take many photographs at Woofstock this year, as I had to attend the event alone and had lots of nice people & sweet dogs to talk to. If you missed Woofstock and live in the Maine area, feel free to stop by Woofminster this weekend! I am the event photographer, so expect lots of photos from the weekend! Also, the next time you’re in Damariscotta, you must stop in The Animal House! I spoke with several of their local and not-so-local (one woman drives up from Newburyport, MA!) devoted clients who adore the whole experience The Animal House provides!
