Oh, my heart melted when I met this little guy the other day. Copley the golden retriever puppy is a sweet little ball of golden fluff. And he’s only 16 weeks old!
I couldn’t resist posting this picture of Copley as he grabbed my camera strap. Too cute!
Okay, just one more! It’s hard to stop.
I’m off...

Since starting my business this past year, I’ve met so many lovely and inspiring people. I’ve enjoyed getting to know and networking several with amazing, talented individuals. Julie Bernier is definitely one of those people I’m so fortunate to have connected with, and I feel incredibly lucky to be able to call her a friend.

Charlie the Labradoodle was a great assistant during my sister’s “She Said Yes” shoot. He happily wore a chalkboard around his furry neck, proudly announcing that his parents were getting married- MacKenzie had said yes to Philip’s proposal!
Since adopting Charlie in December, these two have grown pretty attached to him. After meeting him, it’s easy...

Right before Christmas, my sister, MacKenzie, and her fiancé’, Philip, (read the story of their engagement HERE) adopted a labradoodle named Charlie. As a photographer, I was dying to come down to North Carolina from Maine to meet (and photograph!) Charlie. Had I not been able to photograph MacKenzie & Philip’s proposal last week, I...

Yesterday I decided to work from home because I really wanted to be there the minute the UPS truck came. I would make up reasons to leave the office just so I could pass by our front door and casually take a peek at the front steps. Seriously, this happened no less than fifteen times…...

This week I was able to meet with another small business...

I drove up to Auburn last week to photograph the sweet lab-shepherd mix, Kahoulin. It was my first dog session since November, so I was incredibly excited to get back in the swing of things. When I wasn’t photographing Kahoulin, I was giving him lots of ear scratches and rubs, as he (all 75-ish pounds...

Seymour, the Wirehaired Pointing Griffon puppy, and his older brother Harry, the Welsh Terrier, came over to my backyard last weekend for their photo shoot! It was a weekend of firsts for me- my first time working with both breeds & my first time photographing someone else’s dog in my own backyard. What fun!
I loved...

Last week I had the chance to photograph two of the cutest cousins, Grace & Lulu, at Fort Williams in Cape Elizabeth!
Grace is a spunky Boston terrier who is, hands-down, the fastest dog I’ve ever seen.
Lulu, the baby Frenchie of the family, would be content with life if she could just chase Grace & eat...
